Area, Tennessee, & Parallelograms:)

Well, today, April 18th, I learned about how to find the area of a parallelogram. It is------> A=B*H or A=L*W. These are formulas that would be used for parallelograms and rectangles. Why? Because a rectangle is a parallelogram, right? Right! Now on to a new topic...Tennessee! What is the area of Tennessee?  Wellllllll, the length is about 440 miles and the width is about 120 miles...according to Google. So, times those numbers together and it equals = 52,800. And the actual area is...(drum role please).........42,181! Yeah, they are not the same but, close enough.
